Individual Therapy

Service Description

On one-to-one sessions we discuss openly the matter that brought you in therapy. We work together in a collaborative context, to find the best possible solutions for you. We also aim to develop a new set of skills and techniques in respect to your problem. I aim to provide open and honest feedback while we work in developing a new perspective to the problem, identify obstacles and strive to remove these.
